Founder/Principal Partner

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and holds a Master's degree from Coventry University, England. The founding partner of Forte Solicitors, Ken brings deep expertise across asset tracing and recovery, company law, due diligence, receiverships, mergers & acquisitions, insolvency, and corporate restructuring.

He is the architect of the firm's AI-assisted due diligence methodology and leads our most complex cross-border recovery mandates.

Patrick Chijioke Ideli

Head, Litigation Department

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007, Patrick brings nearly two decades of frontline courtroom experience to every dispute he handles. He leads the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice, appearing before the Federal High Court, State High Courts, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Patrick is known for his meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy in complex commercial, constitutional, and labour disputes.

Head, Company Law Practice

With over six years of focused post-call experience, Michael leads Forte's corporate and company law practice. He advises clients on the full spectrum of company lifecycle matters, from incorporation and governance through to complex commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.

His client base spans startups, SMEs, and established corporations seeking clear, practical legal counsel on Nigerian company law.

Mr. Umunnakwe studied Law at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State, graduating in 2019. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021 and has been with the firm for the past five years.

He provides strategic legal counsel across a broad spectrum of real estate and commercial law transactions. As a Partner at Forte Solicitors and Head of the Property Law Department, he is committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions anchored on excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
